Primaxis s.r.o. processes the personal data of visitors to primaxis.sk in accordance with the GDPR. This policy describes what data we collect and why.
What data we process
When you fill in the contact form we process your name, email and message content. Phone is optional. When you submit a machine enquiry we additionally process the name of the machine you selected. The data is used solely to respond to you and to communicate about your enquiry or potential cooperation. We retain the data for at most 3 years from the last contact, or until you request deletion.
Cookies and third parties
We do not use any marketing or tracking cookies. To operate the site we use: Vercel (hosting + cookie-less analytics), Resend (email delivery) and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (form spam protection, may set a “_GRECAPTCHA” cookie). reCAPTCHA is a strictly necessary security measure, processed under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Recital 49).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You can exercise these rights at info@primaxis.sk. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
